A friction stay is a hinged arm mechanism that controls the opening angle of a casement window while holding it securely in position. It consists of two or more arms connected by a friction-loaded pivot joint, which provides resistance to wind load and prevents the window from swinging open uncontrollably. Our friction stays are available in multiple arm lengths to suit different window sash sizes and are adjustable to set the desired holding tension.
Yes. Our casement window hinges include dedicated uPVC-compatible flag hinges and butt hinges with pre-drilled fixing patterns that align with standard uPVC profile screw boss positions. We also supply hinges for aluminum and timber casement frames. If you require hinges for a specific profile system, our technical team can advise on the correct fixing configuration.
We supply a full range of uPVC casement window handles including cockspur handles, inline espagnolette handles, and tilt-before-turn handles. Locking and non-locking variants are available, with spindle lengths from 7mm to 40mm to accommodate different frame thicknesses. Standard colors include white, brown, gold, and satin chrome, with custom RAL colors available through our OEM program.
Yes. We manufacture precision die-cast aluminum and zinc alloy corner joints for aluminum window frame assembly. Our corner joints are available in 90° fixed configurations and adjustable angle variants for non-standard window geometries. We supply corner joints compatible with the most common aluminum profile series and can develop custom tooling for proprietary profile systems.
