Our standard residential folding door top track systems are rated for door panels up to 40kg per leaf. For heavier timber or glass-filled panels, our commercial-grade track and roller systems support individual panel weights up to 80kg. Heavy-duty pivot and roller assemblies for large architectural folding door sets are available for panels exceeding 80kg, subject to project-specific engineering review.
Our folding door hinges are manufactured from SS304 stainless steel, zinc alloy (zamak), and cold-rolled steel depending on the application. SS304 is recommended for coastal and high-humidity environments. Zinc alloy hinges offer excellent design flexibility and are well-suited to decorative residential applications. All hinge materials are available with a range of surface finishes to match the overall hardware set.
Yes. We supply folding door hardware specifically designed for glass-filled and frameless glass panel doors. Our glass-compatible roller carriages feature adjustable clamp assemblies for 8mm to 12mm tempered glass, and our pivot sets are rated for the additional weight of glass panels. Matching glass clamps and edge profiles are available to complete the frameless glass folding door system.
Our aluminum tracks with anodized or powder-coated finishes are suitable for covered outdoor applications. For fully exposed outdoor environments such as open verandas or coastal properties, we recommend our stainless steel track profiles and SS304 hardware components, which provide superior resistance to UV, rain, and salt air exposure.
