For heavier solid timber or glass-filled barn doors, our heavy-duty track and double-wheel roller systems support panels up to 150kg. The appropriate system depends on the door panel material, dimensions, and usage frequency. Our technical team can recommend the correct specification based on your project requirements.
We supply barn door hardware in three main track profiles: flat track (the most popular, with a rectangular cross-section), round track (a cylindrical rail for a more industrial aesthetic), and J-track (a J-shaped profile that conceals the roller carriage for a cleaner look). All track profiles are available in standard lengths and can be cut to custom sizes. Wall-mount and ceiling-mount bracket systems are available for each profile type.
