For heavier solid timber or glass-filled barn doors, our heavy-duty track and double-wheel roller systems support panels up to 150kg. We supply barn door hardware in three main track profiles: flat track (the most popular, with a rectangular cross-section), round track (a cylindrical rail for a more industrial aesthetic), and J-track (a J-shaped profile that conceals the roller carriage for a cleaner look).
