SS304 stainless steel is the standard material for residential shower drains, offering excellent corrosion resistance in normal bathroom conditions. SS316 contains molybdenum, which provides significantly enhanced resistance to chloride-induced corrosion — making it the preferred specification for coastal properties, saltwater pool surrounds, and commercial spa facilities where chemical cleaning agents are used regularly. Both grades are available across our full shower drain range.
Our shower drains are available with standard outlet diameters of 40mm, 50mm, and 63mm to connect to common waste pipe sizes. Both horizontal (side outlet) and vertical (bottom outlet) connection configurations are available. For project installations requiring non-standard outlet sizes or connection angles, custom drain bodies can be manufactured through our OEM program.
Yes. Our linear shower channel drains are available in standard lengths from 600mm to 1200mm, and we offer a cut-to-size service for project-specific lengths. For large-volume orders, we can manufacture linear drain channels to custom lengths as a standard production run. Custom grate patterns and tile insert frame dimensions are also available for bespoke wetroom design projects.
Yes. Our shower drain bodies are manufactured from stainless steel, which is thermally compatible with electric and hydronic underfloor heating systems. The adjustable height collar on our wetroom and tile insert drain models allows the drain body to be set at the correct height relative to the heating element and screed layers. We recommend consulting with your underfloor heating installer to confirm the correct installation sequence.
Our shower drain grates are available in satin (brushed) stainless steel, mirror polished, matte black PVD, brushed gold PVD, and rose gold PVD finishes. Matching finish options are available across our full bathroom hardware range — including shower hinges, handles, and towel bars — for a coordinated bathroom design. Custom finishes are available through our OEM program for hotel and hospitality projects.
