EPDM (Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer) rubber seals offer superior UV resistance, temperature stability, and long-term compression recovery compared to standard PVC seals. EPDM maintains its flexibility and sealing performance across a wide temperature range from -40°C to +120°C, making it the preferred material for exterior door and window applications. PVC seals are a cost-effective option for interior applications where UV and temperature extremes are not a concern.

An automatic door bottom seal contains a spring-loaded or cam-activated mechanism that drops the seal insert down to contact the floor surface when the door closes, and retracts it when the door opens. This design prevents the seal from dragging on the floor during door operation, extending the service life of both the seal and the floor finish. Automatic bottom seals are particularly effective for acoustic door applications where a continuous perimeter seal is required.

Yes. All of our weather strip and door seal profiles are available in custom cut lengths. Standard profiles are supplied in 2.1m and 6m lengths, and we offer a cut-to-size service for project-specific requirements. For large-volume orders, we can supply coiled lengths for on-site cutting by fabricators and installers.

We supply intumescent fire and smoke seals specifically designed for fire-rated door assemblies. These seals expand rapidly when exposed to heat, sealing the gap around the door frame to prevent the passage of smoke and flame. Our intumescent seals are available in strip and channel formats and are compatible with standard timber and steel fire door profiles.

Our aluminum threshold seals are available in mill finish, anodized silver, anodized gold, and powder-coated colors including white, brown, black, and grey. Custom RAL powder-coat colors are available through our OEM program for project-specific color matching. The rubber or vinyl seal insert is available in black, grey, and brown to complement the threshold housing finish.
